I’m going to be honest with you…
Teaching yoga and pursuing this path was VERY hard for me in the beginning as a new yoga teacher. My fear of public speaking and being seen paralyzed me to the point of quitting...until I jumped head first into my fear of teaching yoga and haven't look back since! I’m so grateful I worked through my fears (and still am), as I’ve been able to make this my full time work and lifelong purpose and I know YOU can too!
I really do get all of the fears, insecurities and challenges that arise when becoming a yoga teacher. Which is why I LOVE working with yoga teachers and helping them find their voice, step confidently into their teaching role and build a sustainable and successful career as a yoga teacher!
My greatest passion and calling is to work with yoga teachers through my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, Continuing Education Trainings, Yoga Teacher Business Mentoring Programs and Retreats.
