This guided meditation invites you deeper into yourself and into the present moment, to notice all sensation, emotions and feelings without attachment or judgement. I help guide you into the present using breathing techniques and body awareness practices.

Practicing meditation can be challenging for many reasons like; being uncomfortable sitting still, racing thoughts that make it hard to ‘focus’ and questioning and wondering if you’re doing it ‘right’.

ABOUT TAYLOR 

Yoga has been a transformational part of my life’s journey for 15 years. I’m grateful to have found yoga at 15 years old during a challenging time battling an addiction and was living an overall unhealthy life. Yoga, mindfulness and meditation was a HUGE part of my recovery, which led me to immersing myself even deeper with my first yoga teacher training at 19 years old!

I teach many styles of yoga - Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Guided Meditation and Trauma-Informed Yoga. All of my classes are taught with a trauma-informed lens, which simply put means I guide my students to listen intuitively to their bodies, their needs and to explore what feels best for them while doing my best to create a safe space for everyone. It’s important to me to create an inclusive yoga community where everyBODY feels seen, safe and welcome in my classes, trainings, retreats events and workshops.
