Intentional relaxation and rest is so important for us yoga teachers, facilitators and space holders. We need to fill our own cup up so we can go out to serve our community and yoga students.
This week I've been focusing extra on recharging and taking time for myself after finishing up leading a big teacher training, and I know if I need some extra TLC...others probably do too!
