This retreat is a time to connect deeply to yourself through the practice of yoga and embodiment practices, while absorbing all of the incredible energy Costa Rica has to offer. Learn new tools and practices to help live a more mindful, aligned and soul awakened life!

This whole retreat is designed to guide you deeply into yourSELF, to heal, grow, expand and awaken your inner joy.

EACH MORNING begins with energizing flows, awakening movement,  breathwork and more.

EACH EVENING will give you an opportunity to unwind and restore with relaxing slow flows, somatic movement, restorative yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra (meditation) and breathwork.

This retreat is for all levels of yoga practitioners (beginners welcome) and for anyone looking to deepen their yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices. All sessions will include a combination of yoga practices, workshopping yoga postures, deep self-inquiry, personal growth, journaling, various somatic and embodiment practices, breathwork and pranayama (breathing techniques) and more!

My intention is for you to dive deeper into yourself, awaken parts within that have been ignored or repressed, tap into the joy of pure BEing and to connect with likeminded commUNITY.

MEALS

Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort strives to use natural, fresh ingredients to promote a healthy lifestyle. By gathering ingredients harvested from nature, stimulating individual well-being at the ground level allows one’s health to blossom. All meals are served buffet style. All dietary needs can be catered to with organic chicken, fish, vegan and gluten free options.

SUNDAY

^{Opening circle, intention setting, grounding movement and Restorative Yoga to arrive, followed by a nourishing guided meditation to rest before the week ahead. Dinner - Enjoy our first group dinner to kick off the retreat!}

MONDAY - THURSDAY 

^{EACH DAY BEGINS WITH AN ENERGIZING AND AWAKENING MOVEMENT PRACTICE…. A beautiful moving meditation with vinyasa flow, somatic movement and breathwork. Using movement to connect to your breath, build strength, release, sweat, cleanse the body and free your mind. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more alive, more open and awake to absorb the magic of the day in Costa Rica!} 

^{BREAKFAST - Enjoy a wholesome and fresh buffet style breakfast prepared by Bodhi Tree.}

^{EXPLORE OR RELAX! After breakfast, you can adventure out to explore Costa Rica for the day with one of many optional excursions to choose from, or stay in to relax and reset! We will have two optional group activities to adventure together during the week - think waterfalls, beaches or zip lining....need I say more?! ;)}

^{LUNCH - A yummy and nourishing lunch will be served each day!}
