Body Positive Training

In the yoga community, it is very important to create a space for everyone to feel safe, seen, welcome and supported. The truth is that many people will never try yoga due to low self esteem and body image struggles and it is our goal to share yoga with everyBODY! It’s so common to compare ourselves to others in the room or to the teacher and many won’t even step into a group atmosphere due to the fear of not being "good enough".

We will dive deep into the messages and experiences that have formed YOUR relationship with YOUR body, as well as concrete strategies to boost body image with your students and clients.

Throughout training you will learn the tools to implement a body positive approach to your teaching and how to create a safe and inclusive environment.

A PLACE FOR EVERYBODY

Livin In Flow Yoga Teacher Training is an inclusive, body positive approach to teaching and sharing yoga.

Victoria Carlock

"I will be forever grateful to the yoga instructor who recommended Taylor Wray’s 200 hour Livin in Flow Yoga Teacher Training, because simply put, it was the best decision I have ever made for myself.

The learning environment Taylor created was truly a safe space. We all became very close and were able to practice teaching yoga with each other knowing that we had the full support of our peers.

It allowed me to truly feel what it was like to be my highest and best self and was a truly transformative experience.

It’s only been a few weeks since training ended, and I already have a yoga teaching job that I can honestly say I am so excited and ready for.

Taylor is beyond her years in her ability to bring out the best in her students. She prepared us well to begin our journey to teaching and sharing yoga with others.”

"I took my first 200 hr YTT about 10 years ago and never felt confident about teaching, and whenever I did teach, I never felt like myself.

Over the years I knew I wanted to do another training and could never commit to any of them until I came across Taylor's Livin In Flow 200 hour yoga teacher training.

Taylor's passion is so inspiring, she's completely inclusive in her classes and teaching style and is a strong advocate for yoga for everyBODY, so I knew it was the training I wanted to be a part of.

It's been such an incredible experience, and I've learned so much! You get so many opportunities to practice teach and really gain confidence in a safe environment.

If you want to teach yoga confidently and authentically and make great friends along the way, then Livin In Flow YTT is for you.

Honestly, I can't say enough about Taylor and her team of wonderful teachers, I urge you to just go for it! Best decision ever!”
