A ceremonial day retreat designed to inspire you to remember, reawaken, reclaim, deepen, heal and express the sacred feminine within you.
To all of the wild women, goddesses, medicine women, women who feel they don’t ‘belong’, women who are new on their healing journey, movers and shakers, light workers and to the women who are searching for their people….this sacred space is for YOU.
To all of the space holders, healers, facilitators, yoga teachers and energy workers…this is your time to receive and to be held.
Something powerful is happening in the collective right now…women are coming together more and more to hold and support each other, and to stand in solidarity. This opportunity to gather in sisterhood and ceremony is needed now more than ever.

What you have been searching for already exists within you. The medicine is remembering you have the power to heal yourself…to peel away all of the layers limiting you from awakening to your highest self.

Your life IS the ceremony…how you show up, how you treat yourself and others, your self-care practices, the way you love, the way you honor your needs, boundaries and truth.
This journey with your sacred sisters will inspire you to remember that the ceremony never ends…to learn the tools and practices to be mindful in the moments you want to distract, run, hide, ignore, and suppress what is present. To return back inward to the medicine that exists within you.

I get it...showing up to an all women's gathering can be intimidating, scary and overwhelming. It's easy to spiral into thoughts like - 'I wonder if I'll fit in', 'Will I make any friends', 'What if everyone knows eachother, or knows more about this work than I do'....the list goes on.
My beautiful sister...I invite you to step outside of your comfort zone. YOU are perfect exactly as you are and this space is safe, full of love, compassion and genuine support.
This day retreat is intentionally created to help you remember who you are, connect with commUNITY and sisterhood, dive into healing and embodiment practices, reclaim your power, truth, voice and to awaken the sacred feminine that exists within you.
