Awakening Sol Embodied Movement Journey is a sacred journey into yourSELF through Yoga, Somatic Movement, Ecstatic Dance, Awakening Sol Activations, Breathwork and Sound Healing.

Connect to your most embodied self as we celebrate and close out 2024 with intention! Journey inward and reflect on the year as we tap into movement to release, activate, awaken and create space for all you desire to create in 2025.

We will dive into yoga, somatic and creative movement, ecstatic dance, breath connection, Awakening Sol Activations community, high vibe music, sound healing and more!

You will be guided on a journey into yourSELF and your own unique self-expression, through a uniquely crafted playlist and intentional facilitation.

Release your insecurities about how you look, move and dance. Allow your own authentic self to shine through in a safe space where everyBODY is welcome to express freely. Liberation comes from allowing ourselves to release old conditioned beliefs, try something new and allow ourselves to shine freely.
