This relaxing journey begins with Gentle Yoga, grounding Somatic Movement, and Restorative and Yin to restore and connect with the body, reduce stress and calm the mind. We will shift into a guided Yoga Nidra meditation for conscious rest, followed by a soothing sound bath for an overall rejuvenating and transformative experience that will leave you melting into your mat.
